I understand that participating in above mentioned event or activity could include actions or tasks which might be hazardous to the participant named above.
I declare that I am in good health and that my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road/riding test and I am not suffering from any medical condition or disability which is likely to adversely affect my normal control of a motorcycle or which might make it unsafe for me to participate in motorcycle course activities.
By accepting this terms and conditions, I assume any risk of harm or injury which may occur to the participant due to participation to above mentioned event or activity; I release the organization or business named above from all liability, costs and damages which might occur by participation in the above mentioned event or activity.
If the participant is a minor, I agree that the minor has my consent to participate in the event or activity. I further provide my consent to the organization or business named above to seek emergency treatment to the minor if necessary. I agree to accept full financial responsibility for emergency treatment.
I understand that the participation fees for the above event or activity are not refundable. And I am not entitled to claim fees or any sums paid under any circumstances.
